This March Luce & Associates attended the Pinnacle Awards, the Bucks and Montgomery County Home Builders Association’s annual award ceremony to honor outstanding achievements in home building and design.  Luce & Associates came away with two Pinnacle awards as a tribute to their achievements in 2006.  Best Color Logo of an Associate Company went to Luce &  Associates for our recently redesigned company logo.  Architectural designer Angelica Ugaddan-Batac, who specializes in interior design and provides graphic design for clients, created our new logo.  Our second award was for Best Architectural House Plan.  The winning design, The Wellington, directly references English Manor style architecture yet maintains a modern flair.  Its design incorporates every luxury a family might desire.

The living room, dining room and family room feature their own majestic fireplace adding to the atmosphere of comfort and warmth throughout the home. Each of the five spacious bedrooms boasts a stunning view of the surrounding landscape and a luxurious private bath.
