The American House is a mixed use facility that was renovated to recapture the grandeur of the original

facade, which was lost in a fire during the 1800s.  The building is located in Perkasie, PA and includes three

retail spaces on the first floor with five condominiums above them.  The retail spaces are 657 square feet,

1,105 square feet and 1,305 square feet and the typical condominium is approximately 2,600 square feet.
