Award Winning Design to be Built in Bucks County

Luce & Associates was recognized at the Pinnacle Awards, the annual award ceremony to honor outstanding achievements in home building and design, hosted by the Home Builders

Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Luce & Associates is an architectural firm based out of Horsham, PA and is renowned for designing luxurious homes for the modern family as well as innovative retail and commercial establishments and other inspired residential projects. The firm accepted two Pinnacle awards as a tribute to their achievements in 2006. They received Best Color Logo for their company logo, which was designed by Angelica Ugaddan-Batac, who specializes in interior design and provides graphic design for clients. The second award was for Best Architectural House Plan. The winning design, The Wellington, breaks ground in New Hope late this month and is scheduled to be completed early next year.

The Wellington directly references English Manor style architecture yet maintains a modern flair. The design takes into account the historic character of this region of Bucks County and aims to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Its design encompasses every luxury a family might yearn for and reflects the current trends in residential architecture by giving individual attention to the desires of each family member. A couple moving into the home has a sanctuary in the first floor master suite. It includes a sensual bath with a sauna and a soaking tub complete with a romantic fireplace. The second entrance to the home leads to a grand spiral staircase and a second floor au pair suite, which is perfect for live-in grandparents, young adults living with their parents and in need of extra privacy or an impressive guest suite. Young children can delight in the family studio, complete with a built in desk for family activities and crafts. In addition, each of the five spacious bedrooms boasts a stunning view of the surrounding landscape and a sumptuous private bath. The living room, dining room and family room feature their own majestic fireplace adding to the atmosphere of comfort and warmth throughout the home. The Wellington’s architectural details create a lavish yet restful environment in which any homeowner can take pleasure.
